Join Coach Bauer and the FC Staff to learn the fundamentals and techniques used at the high school level and beyond. The coaches will take players through drills, philosophies and training methods used on a daily basis at top high school and college baseball programs. Topics include stance/set-up, load and stride techniques, proper grip, swing path, launch angles, bat speed/exit velocity and more. Discussion of what HS Baseball Coaches look for in a hitter is also included.
