Join Woodgrove High School head baseball Coach Rusty Smith for this three-day camp open to all middle-school aged baseball players interested in playing at the high-school level. Coach Smith along with current college and HS players teach the fundamentals and techniques used at the high school level and beyond. The instructors will take players through drills, philosophies, and training methods used on a daily basis in their programs, as well as discuss what coaches look for and what it takes to play high school and college baseball.

We will make every effort to reschedule, but cannot guarantee that weather related interruptions or closures will result in a make-up.  Fielder’s Choice reserves the right to cancel each event.

Daily Baseball instruction and FUN!  The FC Staff leads campers
through skills and drills designed to teach the
fundamentals of hitting, fielding, pitching and base running.  After lunch,
campers play fun, team games on our training floor, such as wiffle ball, kick ball, 
flag football and much more!

Open to boys and girls and offers flexible scheduling!

The 2021 12U National Team travels to elite, east coast tournaments with Perfect Game, Triple Crown, PBR, and More!  

The 2021 12U American Team competes with NVTBL and in Local Tournaments while training year-round at our facility.

Selected players will participate in League Games on Sundays, Weekend Tournaments, and Weekday Practices.  

The club is looking to fill National and American teams in each age group. 

National Teams compete at the highest competitive level in local and regional tournaments. 

American Teams play primarily local double-headers with a focus on insturctional development.


FCB National Coaches:

10U-Dan Miles– Founder of FCB and owner of Fielder’s Choice. Dan has 25+ yrs experience coaching all ages and levels of travel baseball. Director of Baseball Instruction at FC.

9U- Chris Lose– Senior Instructor at FC, former High School Baseball Coach, several years at multiple levels of travel baseball.

Player’s that attend the tryout should dress like a baseball player and expect to participate in a workout that consists of running evaluations, INF/OF drills, catcher POP times, batting practice and pitcher bullpen sessions.

We are looking to add exceptional players to our program that perform at a high level on the field and in the classroom.  Any selected players can expect access to winter workouts at our indoor facility. Our teams compete at the local and regional level visiting some the of top venues in the country.
