Camp & Clinic Refund Policy
Fielder’s Choice offers a full refund for cancelations made more than two weeks prior to the event. Cancellations made less than two weeks prior to the start date will result in a credit toward any other camp or clinic at Fielder’s Choice. No exceptions or transfers. There are no make-ups, credits, or refunds due to player absences or cancellations after the event begins. We will make every effort to reschedule, but cannot guarantee that weather related interruptions or closures will result in a make-up. Fielder’s Choice reserves the right to cancel each event.
Private Instruction & Small Group Cancelation and Expiration Policies
Fielder’s Choice requires 24hrs notice for all lesson cancelations. Less than 24hrs notice will result in the loss of that session. Players that “no-show” for small group lessons will not be eligible for a make-up. All lesson packages are non-transferrable and expire 1 year from date of purchase. There are no refunds for lessons packages.
