Rising 7U & 8U – Players may not turn 9 before May 1, 2020  

Selected players will participate in League Games on Sundays, Weekend Tournaments, Weekday Practices from Late August thru October.  Our teams compete at the highest level of travel baseball.

Tuesday, June 11 and/or Thursday, June 13 at Woodgrove Park 17020 Evening Star Dr, Round Hill, VA 20141.

Fielder’s Choice Baseball is in search of players interested in playing High School and College Baseball with the ambition to capture it!  If you’re looking for more in a travel baseball program, please join us for a tryout.

The Program

The club is looking for talented players to complete our rosters and will soon begin competing in the fall season.  The program began as a single team at the 11u level, and since 2009, hundreds of athletes have participated within the organization and we have a proud history of preparing players for the next level.  Our youth teams have produced numerous impact players at the high school level and our older teams have seen several alumni recently commit to various college baseball programs.  We are excited about our future and we’re asking for you to help us spread the word about FC Baseball.

Our players compete in an environment that holds high expectations and motivates players to perform at the highest level.  We have participated in some of the most competitive events in the country including the Perfect Game National Championship in Atlanta, GA.  Intense competition pushes us to excel and propels our players to new levels.  Our staff of experienced coaches and instructors guide our players’ development, and offer year-round training and advisory opportunities at our indoor facility. Our players truly learn the game and we take pride in playing the right way.  We have all the physical resources to train our players and a passionate staff that takes satisfaction in its ability to propel players to the next level.  If your goal is to play HS and College Baseball, we can help!

Our youth overall skills camps offer top quality instruction and game play that allow campers to put their new skills into action. Hitting, pitching, infield and outfield play, base-running and more will be covered throughout the week. All campers will be grouped by age and ability. Camp tee shirt included.

Camp & Clinic Refund Policy

Fielder’s Choice offers a full refund for cancelations made more than two weeks prior to the event.  Cancellations made less than two weeks prior to the start date will result in a credit toward any other camp or clinic at Fielder’s Choice.  No exceptions.  There are no make-ups, transfers, credits or refunds due to player absences or cancellations after the event begins. We will make every effort to reschedule, but cannot guarantee that weather related interruptions or closures will result in a make-up.  Fielder’s Choice reserves the right to cancel each event.

You are invited to join the Fielder’s Choice staff for our 3-day Overall Skills Camp this Spring Break. Campers have the option for a morning or afternoon session to receive baseball instruction from our leading trainers. We cover all facets of the game in a fun and stimulating environment.

Instructional Breakdown

Hitting- Stance/Setup, Load & Stride, Vison & Timing, Improve Bat Speed and Power

Fielding- Players choose their position and we break down infield, outfield and catching techniques

Pitching- Introduction to the 5 steps in the pitching delivery

Baserunning- Learn ways to become a complete player!

Equipment:  bring a glove, bat, helmet and wear sneakers and athletic clothing.

The 7U Program
The club is looking for talented players to begin workouts in the winter/spring of 2019.  This developmental squad will learn the game and prepare to compete as an official 8U squad in the fall of 2019. We are looking for 10-12 players to practice and play controlled intrasquad games.  FCB began as a single team at the 11u level, and since 2009, hundreds of athletes have participated within the organization and we have a proud history of preparing players for the next level.
