This fast-paced, introductory league fills quickly, so register today!

The season consists of instructional games each Saturday and participants will be grouped into 5 or 6 player teams for a fun, four-week schedule. The first portion of each session focuses on key instruction of the fundamentals of baseball including:  hitting stance, the swing, basic throwing motion, base-running, proper catching techniques and an examination of the diamond. We follow-up with live game play each week where players have the opportunity to experience live action on the field!

Camp & Clinic Refund Policy

Fielder’s Choice offers a full refund for cancelations made more than two weeks prior to the event.  Cancellations made less than two weeks prior to the start date will result in a credit toward any other camp or clinic at Fielder’s Choice.  No exceptions.  There are no make-ups, credits or refunds due to player absences or cancellations after the event begins. We will make every effort to reschedule, but cannot guarantee that weather related interruptions or closures will result in a make-up.  Fielder’s Choice reserves the right to cancel each event.

Fielder’s Choice Softball 16U will be holding tryouts very soon at Tuscarora HS.   We are looking to add exceptional players to our program that excel on the field and in the classroom.  Players selected will be immediately eligible to participate in the 2018 fall season as well as our unmatched winter-workout program.  All players also enjoy unlimited access to our indoor facility.

Our youth overall skills camps offer top quality instruction and game play that allow campers to put their new skills into action. Hitting, pitching, infield and outfield play as well as base-running will be covered throughout the week.

Camp Director: Carly Schmidt- Head Coach Loudoun Valley HS

Carly graduated from Heritage High School in 2010 where she played for Megan Smith.  She was a four year varsity player and received multiple All-District Awards.  She continued her career at Louisburg College where she was named to the All-Region team in 2011.  She then moved to Patrick Henry Community College in 2012 where she was the Player of the Year as well as named to the All-American team.  She led the conference with 63 hits, 52 RBIs, 14 homeruns and hit .504 on the season.  Carly finished her career at Shepherd University where she led the team in homeruns was an All-Region selection.  She is currently an assistant coach at Loudoun Valley High School.
