Fielder’s Choice is proud to offer these Softball Hitting Clinics hosted by 

FC Softball’s  Bryce Dahnert.

This 4-week session will focus on the mechanics and fundamentals of the swing, while maximizing repetitions through hitting drills and front-toss to enforce muscle memory. Learn the art of hitting and build the confidence you need to take your game to the next level!

Space is limited to 8 players per session

CLINIC DIRECTOR:  Bryce Dahnert

Coach Bryce is a dedicated and motivating coach for young softball players. He was a standout catcher in high school and has multiple years of baseball coaching experience at the youth and High School level.  Bryce made the switch to softball five years ago and fell in love with the speed and passion of the game. He has youth softball all-star coaching experience and is head coach of a local travel team. Coach Bryce focuses on high energy and creates a fun and challenging environment.

Fielder’s Choice offers a full refund for cancelations made more than two weeks prior to the event.  Cancellations made less than two weeks prior to the start date will result in a credit toward any other camp or clinic at Fielder’s Choice.  No exceptions or transfers.  There are no make-ups, credits, or refunds due to player absences or cancellations after the event begins. We will make every effort to reschedule, but cannot guarantee that weather related interruptions or closures will result in a make-up.  Fielder’s Choice reserves the right to cancel each event.

2023 WINTER BREAK BASEBALL and MULTI-SPORT CAMP

Choose from 1 to 3 Days! Wednesday 12/27, Thursday 12/28, Friday 12/29   

Daily Baseball instruction and FUN!  The FC Staff leads campers through skills and drills designed to teach the fundamentals of hitting, fielding, pitching and base running.  After lunch, campers play fun, team games on our training floor, such as wiffle ball, kick ball, flag football and much more!

Open to boys and girls and offers flexible scheduling! 

Sign up for 1 day, 2 days, or up to all 3 days! 

Ages: 7-12

Wednesday – Friday, December 27 – 29, 1:00-3:00pm

Join Woodgrove High School head baseball Coach Rusty Smith for this three-day camp open to all middle-school aged baseball players interested in playing at the high-school level. Coach Smith along with current college and HS players teach the fundamentals and techniques used at the high school level and beyond. The instructors will take players through drills, philosophies, and training methods used on a daily basis in their programs, as well as discuss what coaches look for and what it takes to play high school and college baseball.

2023 – Winter/Spring

Selected players will be immediately eligible for off-season workouts, unlimited access to our indoor facility and full participation in our highly instructional winter-workout program!  This team will participate in Local and Regional Tournaments, and Weekly Practices.  Our teams compete at the highest level of travel baseball. Our teams train year-round at Fielder’s Choice in Purcellville, VA.
